With the launch of iPhone 4, users of Skype anxiously waited for them to use their iPhone to make video calls using its front facing camera. Even though Yahoo messenger offered video calls over iPhone, Skype took its time to launch video calling for iPhone. As the old adage goes, better late than never Skype has launched the updated version of their application for iPhone 4 that can be used to make video calls from iPhone.
How to use Skype Video calls on iPhone
Requirements:

Note: If you have iPod touch 3G or iPad you can still receive video calls. Moreover, iPhone 3GS users will need to stand in front of camera to send video :).
Who can communicate
From your phone you can connect with any Skype user who has
- Skype for Windows 4.2 and above
- Skype for Mac 2.8 and above
- Skype for Linux
- SUS videophone.
What can be done with this application

When I try to start this application it says
ReplyDelete"this version of skype is only supported on unmodified iphone". Please help.
