This offer started at 11:30am GMT on Thursday, 6th May 2010, and is good until 23:59 GMT on Monday, 31st May 2010. The promotional rate of 1.2 cents apply to all standard landlines and mobile calls to India.
Update: Localphone is also offering cheap phone calls to Pakistan at just 2 cents per minute.
