Good news for those who make calls to Canada - Pay nothing for phone calls and texts to Canada any more

Google is a company that has introduced newer verbs in our lives such as its name. Thanks to their ever innovating team of engineers, they never cease to amaze us. Google ate up Grandcentral to relabel it as Google Voice and now it is extending Google Voice as a great service for free phone calls to USA and Canada. If you are not familiar with Google Voice, we have already posted a blog about google voice here: Use Google Voice to make free calls.

At the time of writing this blog we have a user base in 79 countries. It will look like a trivial achievement if we say that the search giant has started serving two countries now :). Jokes apart, it is a big news in the voip industry because it opens up the possibility that Google will eventually make it available to all countries. I am anxious to see that day when Google launches GV (Google Voice) in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh or UAE.

If you are already a GV user and have someone in Canada or USA you should say yupee here, yupee and not YupeePhone. When Google's name is attached you can expect greater call quality excellent service and reliability. People might complain about submitting your phone number to Google but I did it. I use Google Voice for calling, text-ing and most of all for testing a free offer being offered before blogging about it.

Google claims that you can make cheap international calls. Boy, somebody ask them to visit your favorite blog and they will realize what cheap means to us.

Please use these little tiny buttons under this post to spread the word.
