I'm associated to a FAN a/c. So I called them up and asked them to add the feature to my account. They mentioned that U200 was stopped a year back. So just want to double check if this code works.

It is still active and people are getting it. Read the first comment. Sometimes, you need to call a few times before they give it to you. Some CSRs do not have much information. Try again and it should work.
