I registered 2 days back. I got the same message as Sanuj. But I figured it out. You have to dial 011 before the country code. So it is 011- Country code- number. Call quality is fine. Did not have any drops. However, would have liked them to have paypal payment gateway. The 1 downside is that since have signed up, I received 3 calls asking me if I want to buy. Their unlimited plan looks good for 25$. Other opinions?

ReplyDeleteVery Bad Service, they are still bugging me about their promotions on all my phone numbers even after i stopped using their service 3 years back. I spoke to them a 100 times to stop calling me but they don't want to understand it seems. I am frustrated now.

Other than call quality everything else is worst service i ever faced.
They have lot of departments in their customer service to take care of customers request. But actually they doesn't have any such departments.
I took Unlimited plan for $14.99 (for first 3 months). But 2nd month they charged me $19.99 and told there was some technical issue.
Moral of the story: if you want to talk to Customer service daily, go for this.
