In the last few years, I have used almost all the major VoIP phone services. My experience is each and every service has some positives as well as negatives. However providers like Vonage and Axvoice have more positives than their negatives. This is why they are popular among the users.

I have found another difference. Axvoice’s voice chat support is better than most of the VoIP phone service providers in the market. With most of the providers, you have to wait for your turn while with Axvoice, you are attended on the spot.
