    I know that offer was expired when posting my reply.
    I would like to take advantage of its first 15 minutes of free international minutes and 15 free international sms offer.

    In fact I wanna try to become premium member on file sharing site by this or adequate free offer.
    I visited file sharing sites' resellers and found ways to pay by sms or call.

You might need to use a VPN for Google Voice though. Whistle Phone on the other hand is free to use from anywhere in the world. We hope this helps.
