Relaince iCall offers calls to India for 1 cents/minute - Service is so poor we recommend to stay away
We posted about how you can make cheap calls to India at just 1.25 cents per minute using Airtel's offers. There are other hundred's of offers for you all to make free calls to India throughout our website. We have tried to bring good offers into your notice by putting them in Featured post as well as in popular offers. If you have any suggestion or comment on how can we make this better please feel free to comment.
Call India for 1 cent per minute
There are two big competitors in the VOIP service providers' industry viz. Airtel and Reliance. When one comes with a good offer the other one strikes with even better offer. For example in an answer to Airtel's host of offers, now Reliance has offered just 1cent/minute to India. Reliance is using their pc to phone service named iCall for this. In order to make use of this service you need to call through your computer using a softphone that you can download. Nevertheless, you can also use services like phone-to-phone and phone-to-pc but they will cost you.
Considering the voice quality that Reliance has managed to offer it is worth a try.

I call to Indian numbers from USA. RelianceiCall is the worst voip service I experienced. they are cheap so I thought to give a try. Voice quality is terribly bad for all calls, more than 50% of words spoken is not understandable. I emailed customer service for a refund, they did not reply yet, they do not have any contact phone number. Don’t waste your money.

ReplyDeleteSame anonymous user as above...I've been using Reliance iCall for almost two weeks now...voice quality is absolutely clear. There was some problem with few initial calls I guess that I wrote the review above. I would highly recommend you to use it.

I am having a frustrating time with iCall. This software does not make any call. Like Arin said, they do not have a customer service help line and they also do not answer emails. Nonetheless, I contacted their global call service (for phone-phone calls) reps 4 times in the last 8 days, and each time they promise to call me back but I do not get any. I have requested for a refund but again no response. Please do not waste you time and money.

Its the worst VOIP. They have eaten up my money. There is still balance in my account and I am unable to make any calls. And worst part of all there is no Customer Care number to report this.

ReplyDeleteI just send email for refund, because as said above very poor quality, I hardly talk with anybody. So let me see weather they will refund my hard earned $$ back or if I'll not get my butter with straight finger then I know how to curve finger.

Reliance iCall is any other service like others, but the problem is that they do not have any talent to run such kind of service. Customer support is really pathetic. Even, if you die in front of their office, they will not care. latoo ke bhoot hain, batoin se nahi mante
