    Usually the voip service providers, that we concentrate on are interested in providing cheap international calls between USA/UK/Australia and India/Pakistan/SriLanka/BangalaDesh. However, you can make very cheap calls from anywhere in the world (including pakistan) to India using mediaringtalk. It costs around 1.7 cents per minute which is almost 85 Indian paisa.     You have the liberty to use it as and when you want to use. There are no connection charges and no weekly or monthly charges. You will get 60 minutes to call India (or anywhere but the duration might change) from USA, you decide if you want to make 60 short calls or 1 long call. I hope I answered your query.     As the post title says this offer is no more available. Nevertheless, there are many offers which can get you free calls to India. The issue with your being from Oman can be a small problem with few offers but you can always use those offers which let you make calls online or using a software (skype, yahoo messenger etc). One such provider is FREE411 that has been one of the featured posts on our blog.
